Patent Agent

Leawood office of our client seeks a patent agent with 3+ years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The candidate will assist with all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, client counseling, and litigation support. An engineering degree is required. Should preferably be admitted to practice before the USPTO. Must have a portable book of business in excess of $100,000/year.

The candidate must have excellent writing skills.
