Torrance office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a civil litigation lawyer with 3 years of experience handling depositions, mediations, and court and jury trials. The candidate will manage paralegals, clerks, and other assistants. Will file, depose, mediate, and litigate pursuant to core values and culture with minimal oversight. Represent clients in real estate disputes/litigation and business disputes. Take into account all legal aspects of clients intended outcomes and personal circumstances to provide sound legal advice to them. Must hold a current law license in the state and be a member of the local Bar Association. Working knowledge of title insurance, land use, business law, property management, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation, is needed. Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint with the proficiency required. Prior real estate litigation experience is required. CA Bar License in good standing is required.

The candidate should preferably have exceptional negotiation, research, networking, and communication skills. A J.D. (Juris Doctorate) degree from an accredited law school is required. Juris Doctor required.
