Syracuse office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks IP litigation partner with 7+ years of experience in trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation. The candidate will have a practice mostly dedicated to serving clients in the trademark and copyright area. Should have experience including some or all of the following: drafting preliminary injunction or summary judgment briefs, taking and defending expert depositions, and appearances in Court to argue substantive motions. Must preferably be admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), but it is required to have their own book of business.
