Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks bankruptcy associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will be assisting in the representation of Debtors, Creditors and Official and Unofficial Committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Will be drafting and reviewing court filings, including motions, memoranda, and complaints. Conducting research and drafting related correspondence, memoranda, and briefs. Attending to all matters related to discovery in contested matters as well as adversary proceedings. Participating at trial, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits. Must have large firm or equivalent (clerkship) experience to join the team. Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court is beneficial. Admission to the Bar in the state of practice is required.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills.
