Baltimore office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is actively seeking associates to join our Environmental and Energy Group. The candidate will work collaboratively on a wide variety of administrative matters before the Maryland Department of the Environment, U.S. EPA, and Maryland Public Service Commission, including brownfields, environmental enforcement and compliance, licensing, and power generation facility permitting, with occasional litigation anticipated. Should have 2-4 years of experience.
The candidate must have strong research and writing skills, be able to interact effectively with regulators and clients, and have the potential to generate business.
