Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior corporate associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities law, public and private financings, corporate governance, and related business matters. The candidate must have experience or interest in technology transactions (e.g., negotiating and drafting SaaS, PaaS, services agreements, and IP licenses). Must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar. Should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience negotiating important transaction documents, the ability to draft M&A transaction documents, and should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable.
