Mid- to Senior-level Corporate and Securities Associate Attorney

Greenville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level corporate and securities associate attorney with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions in a large regional or national law firm. The candidate will manage a variety of transactions, and draft, negotiate, and review transactions documents. Should preferably also have experience with private fundraising, private equity financing, and other complex business transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Must be licensed to practice law or be willing to take the next available Bar exam.

The candidate must have outstanding written and oral communications skills as well as excellent academic credentials.
