A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 16 years of experience in handling cases from inception through jury trial. The ideal candidate must be committed to achieving successful outcomes for clients and possess strong negotiation skills. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who can manage multiple cases effectively.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from the initial consultation through trial.
• Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and relevant case law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in State Bar.
• Experience handling personal injury cases with jury trial preparation.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Certifications:

• Trial experience and background in personal injury law are strongly preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
