Buffalo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-to senior-level environmental litigation associate attorney with 6-10 years of litigation experience. The candidate will serve clients across the country, ranging from individuals and closely held companies to large multi-national corporations. Will focus on complex business litigation, corporate dissolutions, labor and employment, consumer finance, government affairs and white collar, real estate, and construction disputes. Should have litigation experience which includes having practiced in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as before governmental and administrative agencies, boards, and commissions. Should have experience litigating matters concerning federal and state environmental laws, environmental enforcement actions, and contaminated properties. Prior environmental experience and experience in one or more of the above focus areas are a must. A New York Bar license is required.

The candidate should have strong and effective analytical, writing, and overall communication skills. Must have excellent academic credentials.
