Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior real estate associate attorney with 1+ years of transactional and/or real estate finance experience. The candidate will work on a broad range of matters on both the debt and equity sides of the practice including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, ownership, development, financing and restructuring of a wide range of commercial real estate assets throughout the US (for domestic and foreign clients). Will involve assisting in the growth of the firm's business through interaction with clients and potential clients and participation in industry organizations. Should be admitted and in good standing as a member of the NY State Bar. Current or prior employment with an Am Law 100 firm is a plus. Should have a Bachelor's degree, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited US law school.
