Chicago office of our client seeks corporate transactional, healthcare and estate planning attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have an LL.M. degree in Taxation or an accounting/tax background.

Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, a deep commitment to client service, and the ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters.
