Junior Private Client And Tax Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior private client and tax associate attorney with 3 years of experience in estate planning and 2 years of experience in tax. The candidate will work alongside partners and senior associates in advising high-net-worth individuals and their advisors on primarily complex domestic estate and tax planning, trust structuring, and estate and trust administration, including working with business interests, investment vehicles, family enterprises, and charitable organizations. Must be Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. Should have experience drafting wills, revocable trusts, insurance trusts, and GRATs. Experience with estate/trust administration is required. Desire to work directly with clients and coordinate with intermediaries, with a goal of establishing and maintaining long-term productive relationships needed.

The candidate must have a strong desire to learn and increase the sophistication of practice. Should have strong academic credentials (JD required; LL.M. a plus). Strong drafting, writing, research, and communication skills are needed. Strong project management and the ability to balance a large number of competing priorities are required. Must be a team player.
