Miami office of an AmLaw firm seeks a mid-level patent litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate should have a background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Must have extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including first-chairing depositions, writing expert reports, drafting and arguing motions, drafting infringement/invalidity concerns, and arguing appeals. Industry experience is beneficial. The client focus areas for this role include telecommunications, automotive, and other high-tech industries. Must hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the FL Bar.
