Chemical prosecution Associate Attorney

The candidate will serve the rapidly growing base of clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical arts, and in particular for patent preparation and prosecution. Will have opportunities to work directly with clients in other aspects of the patent practice, including clearance investigations and opinions, client counseling, management and strategic planning. Strong background in organic chemistry and demonstrated skills in patent preparation and prosecution is essential. Must be admitted to practice before the U.S.P.T.O. Must be eligible or have taken the US Patent Bar. Litigation associates will also be considered.
