The ideal candidate must have experience in mergers and acquisitions experience, preferably including experience in private equity. Should be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar. Current or prior employment with an AmLaw 100 firm is needed.

The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree and a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school. Should have a strong academic background along with exceptional research and writing skills.
