Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a banking and finance associate attorney with 2-6 years of transactional experience. The candidate should preferably have solid experience with loans, bonds, structured finance, and acquisition finance in Latin America and the Caribbean. Must be admitted to practice in New York or Illinois (or another US jurisdiction) and have relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. Spanish language fluency is critical.

The candidate must have strong law school academic credentials.
