Mid-level to Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level to senior corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital matters. The candidate will be advising private companies on complex corporate law matters. Will serve in general corporate representation of start-ups, emerging growth enterprises, and venture capital funds. Must have experience working in a premier corporate practice. Exercise sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters needed. Bar Admission in California is preferred.

The candidate should have ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. Must have innovative and forward thinking. Should have excellent business and legal problem solving skills. Must have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, team player attitude and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions. Must have commitment to delivering excellent client service in a team environment. Should have outstanding research and analytical skills are imperative.
