Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior estate planning attorney with 5+ years of progressive estate planning experience. The candidate will be regularly meeting with clients, drafting and reviewing estate plans, and conducting signing meetings. Will be comfortable explaining the purpose of different estate planning tools and strategies "in plain English" to clients and is also comfortable reviewing prior estate planning documents to determine whether updates are needed in order to meet the client's current objectives. Work directly with clients in designing and implementing a comprehensive estate planning strategy. Review internally drafted estate planning documents for quality and accuracy. Should have experience primarily focused on the areas of estate planning and asset protection planning including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. Must be a North Carolina-licensed attorney. Must be experienced with discussing sensitive and delicate matters with clients including experience conducting one-on-one meetings with clients. Should be proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others.
