Fishkill office of our client seeks medical malpractice litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Will work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Have communication with clients and provide status reports. Healthcare professional background is a plus. Should have familiarity with medical record analysis. Must be admitted to practice in NY. Additional states is a plus.

JD degree from an accredited law school. Strong writing skills is needed.
