Charlotte office of our client seeks a residential real estate title review attorney preferably with 3+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for a complete and thorough review of each assigned title search. Will examine all legal documents to ensure they are in compliance with North Carolina law. Prepare preliminary/final title opinion statements. An understanding of residential real estate transactions and all aspects of the title review and curative process is required. North Carolina Bar license is required. South Carolina Bar license is preferred.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute multiple projects and complex tasks under a deadline is required. The ability to analyze legal issues and to provide effective, practical advice on routine legal matters is needed. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
