The candidate should preferably have experience in property insurance and/or general insurance defense experience. Should have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as discovery and motion practice experience, to participate as part of a team of attorneys and paralegals representing banks, mortgage lenders, and services in financial services litigation matters. Florida license required.
