Corporate Associate Attorney

Orlando office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters. The candidate should preferably have international law firm experience.

The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials are required.
