Junior Data Privacy, Protection, Security Associate Attorney

Wilmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior data privacy, protection, security associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience at a law firm or in an in-house capacity for its Data Protection, Privacy and Security Group. The candidate will focus significantly on cybersecurity and privacy counseling, cyber incident response, and related investigations and litigation. Should have a strong interest in working in a dynamic, global data protection practice. Must preferably have prior technical or practical experience with privacy or cybersecurity, cyber incident response and crisis management, digital investigations, or civil litigation. Should have 1+ years of substantive cybersecurity or privacy experience. Must be licensed to practice in the state.

The candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently under significant time pressure. Must have top academic credentials. Should have strong writing and analytical skills. Must have JD degree.
