Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of our client seeks civil litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of law firm experience. The candidate will be litigating complex bankruptcy matters in federal bankruptcy court, defending against white collar enforcement proceedings, or representing either plaintiffs or defendants in multi-state, multi-district cases. Will be providing clients with compelling, quality representation whether in the form of oral advocacy or in written court submissions. Litigating cases, including involvement in trials. Must be admitted to practice in New York State and preferably one other Bar admission (New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts).
