Litigation Attorney

Pensacola office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will handle litigation matters involving business, commercial and real estate. Will draft/review/respond to substantive pleadings, motions, discovery. Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, as well as negotiate settlements. Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must be highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management software.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have superior people skills. Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. Must have ability to analyze matters from a business perspective. Should have ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team.
