Foreclosure Attorney

Dayton office of our client seeks foreclosure attorney with experience. The candidate will provide own knowledge and experience to the oversight and management of high volume statewide foreclosure matters. Will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firms files. Act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. Familiar with and work within the firms case management system to create, manage and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained. Handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact. Handle multiple priorities, take initiative and adapt to change. Outline, prepare and present pleadings and other court and legal documents, as well as argue the merits of assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trial, as appropriate.

The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills. Must have ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact. Should have professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic.
