Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a public finance associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have a strong transactional background. Experience in public finance transactions and securities law is a plus. Must have licensure from at least one jurisdiction.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials with a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Should be highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and possess excellent writing and communication skills.
