Public Works Construction Attorney

The candidate must have Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree and/or extensive experience in construction required. Extensive document reviews, including interpretation of technical matters, are required. Must be proficient in public contracting requirements, contract negotiation, drafting, and review, federal funding requirements, bid protests, surety/bond issues, insurance issues, government code claims. Must be capable of independently evaluating and responding to routine contracting questions and disputes.
