A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in litigation cases, collaborating with experts, conducting fact development and depositions, and contributing to case strategy. The candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. Additionally, a background in medical and/or scientific fields is preferred, along with experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.

Job Details:

  • Work with experts, and assist with fact development and depositions.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Meet deadlines, and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships and comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including computer work, virtual calls, and meetings.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.


  • J.D. degree and Bar admission.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
  • Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Background in medical and/or scientific fields is preferred.
  • Experience with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Immediately transferable skills and strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.


  • Bar admission is required.
