Mid To Senior-Level Intellectual Property/Patent Associate Attorney

Nashville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid to senior-level intellectual property/patent associate attorney with 2 years of experience in the intellectual property group of a law firm and significant experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, primarily in the mechanical arts, and preferably with some experience in trademark application preparation and prosecution, and handling ancillary issues. The candidate should have a USPTO registration examination, and prior passage of examination is preferred.

The candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, drafting, and issue resolution skills. Must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
