The candidate has a background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. Should have extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including first-chairing depositions, writing expert reports, drafting and arguing motions, drafting infringement/invalidity concerns, and arguing appeals. Industry experience is beneficial. Must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's Bar.
