Associate Attorney with estate planning experience

Visalia office of our client seeks an associate attorney with relevant experience with estate planning and business documents. The candidate will draft estate planning and settlement documents. Draft corporation, partnership, LLC formation, and transaction documents. Perform legal research as needed. Represent executors and trustees in probate and trust administration proceedings. Handle client meetings and relationships. CA Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have strong organizational and good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be a self-starter and a quick learner. Must be detail-oriented with a desire to have immediate exposure to client relationships. Should be able to: skillfully analyze the subject matter, build and manage client relationships, and work independently and in a collaborative environment.
