Miami office of our client seeks an entry-level attorney. The candidate will represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Will represent clients before the immigration court. Prepare documents in connection with immigration processes. Prepare and draft motions, memoranda, and other legal documents. Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green cards, citizenship, and appeals. Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions. Must be fully bilingual (Spanish). Must be licensed to practice law, in good standing, in at least one state in the United States. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is a definite plus.

The candidate should be highly motivated and self-driven with an impeccable work ethic. Punctuality, politeness, loyalty, commitment, and integrity are essential for this position. Must be energetic, detail-oriented, efficient, friendly, ethical, an independent worker, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Must have a J.D. Degree. Ability to prioritize work-load essential. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
