Mid-Level Global Equity Compensation Associate Attorney

East Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level global equity compensation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Should have a solid interest or background in global equity incentive programs. M&A transactional experience is helpful. Must have focused experience in equity compensation programs including securities, tax, employment, and the ability to handle other cross-border regulatory issues and may have familiarity with international tax and/or employment matters. An LL.M. degree in tax law and/or employee benefits law is preferred. Should have 3 years of experience in employee benefits, international tax or employment, or executive and equity compensation. Must be licensed to practice in CA.

The candidate should have excellent analytical and writing skills and who is highly motivated. Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Should have transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
