The candidate should have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends. Must have experience in health care regulatory compliance and fraud and abuse matters, including with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, and reimbursement and coverage rules under Medicare and Medicaid. Should have general corporate experience and have a demonstrated interest in the health care industry. Bar membership in good standing is essential.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail; excellent legal research and analytical skills needed. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team, needs essential.
