Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks junior trust estate associate attorney with preferably 2+ years of experience. The candidate will develop and implement estate plans with varying levels of complexity, including drafting basic estate planning documents and assisting with transfer and retiling of assets, as well as drafting more sophisticated trusts and intra-family corporate documents. Will conduct legal research and prepare related memoranda. Foster and maintain client relationships. Assist in estate administration, including supervision of paralegal and administrative staff. Must be admitted to DC Bar. Understanding of gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes is preferred.

Ability to deal professionally and communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and clients; Ability to be flexible, handle pressure and adapt to changing work priorities, work flow and work assignments; Strong attention to detail.
