Attorney needed for Coral Gables office

Coral Gables office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 7 years of experience in all types of general community association law transactions. The candidate will have the ability to review and analyze association governing documents, contracts, and related Florida Statutes. Will have availability to attend annual and regular board meetings on a regular basis, including some evenings. Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively. Build trusting relationships with clients, managers, and board members. Must have Admission to the Florida Bar. Real Estate experience is a plus.

The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to analyze governing documents and negotiate and draft contracts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Being able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is needed. Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be an excellent team player and personable.
