Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a document review attorney preferably with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will review, analyze, and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege. Will participate in initial review training and team meetings. Conduct quality control review of document coding and redactions for accuracy. Coordinate, monitor, and quality check the work performed by the first-level reviewers. Responsible for identifying, escalating, and tracking questions and issues to firm lawyers and other practice support professionals. Prepare and edit the privilege log for production. Perform review and analysis of contracts and agreements according to specified criteria. A thorough understanding of attorney-client and attorney work product privilege is essential. Must be licensed to practice in the state of employment i.e. Texas or Minnesota and in good standing.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited institution. Must have a strong grasp and knowledge of document review platforms. Should have excellent analytical, problem-identification, and resolution skills. Must have superior attention to detail. Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality is needed. Should have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under rigorous deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. The ability to communicate effectively with project managers, lawyers, and other document review attorneys is essential. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision needed.
