Immigration Attorney

Bellevue office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2-3 years of business immigration experience, especially PERM filings, EB1A and NIW, strong case management experience. The candidate will prepare, review and submit non-immigration, immigration, and PERM applications. Will supervise legal assistants and provide internal training to legal assistants. Manage client expectations, communicate with the client on a timely basis. Research immigration policies and procedures, as well as immigration statutes, case laws, and regulations. Provide legal strategy to meet clients immigration purpose. Should have an LL.M. degree with admission to any U.S. State Bar. Languages are a plus.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail.
