Corona office of our client seeks estate planning and probate associate attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, as well as trust and probate administration. Will manage own cases while also providing support to senior attorneys on complex cases. Conduct legal research and drafting letters, briefs, memorandums, and other legal documents. Efficiently provide superior service to clients. Be a trusted advisor to clients through strategic thinking, problem solving, and providing accurate legal advice. Ability to market firm to prospective clients. Produce a portion of own billable work; and, all other duties as assigned. Develop cases by conducting research on various issues. Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings. Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills. Communicate with knowledge and compassion with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding technical matters. Communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with a high-level of personal integrity and professional ethics. Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management. Estate Planning and Probate experience is highly preferred. Must be licensed in California.
