Appears for hearing, depositions, and client meetings. Completes briefs and other legal responses with moderate to little supervision. Must preferably be Fluent in Chinese. Must be admitted to NY state practice, Southern and Eastern District courts (or eligible to waive in). Knowledge of FLSA, ADA, and APA law is essential.
