Attorney with 1-3 years of strong business transaction and litigation experience

Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 1-3 years of strong business transaction and litigation experience. The candidate will communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties. Will draft, review and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. Review case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action. Work as part of a team with all levels of experience. Routinely communicate with clients. Cultivate relationships with the Firms existing and future clients. Comply with all firm standard operating procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be Licensed to practice in the State of California and good standing with the California State Bar. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of civil procedures is required.

The candidate should be a Graduate of an accredited institution by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree and a specialization in law. Must have excellent legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills are needed. The ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible is required. Should have strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuous learning is required. Must have the ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision. Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm is needed.
