Boston office of our client seeks mid- to senior corporate attorney with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will work both in teams and independently to manage components of transactions. Will manage a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, securities, venture capital, private equity, public offerings, 34 Act Compliance, and growth equity transactions. Serve as subject matter expert for corporate law in the Boston office. Participate as member of Corporate Practice Group for national firm. Massachusetts Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is preferred.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to counsel clients, the public and individuals at all levels of the organization in a positive, collaborative manner. Exceptional organization skills, strong self-motivator with high attention to detail is essential. Excellent time and deadline management skills in fast paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects and reprioritize quickly and efficiently is needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills is needed.
