The candidate will be handling litigation and appellate cases, drafting ordinances and tribal regulations, working closely with tribal governments and leaders, federal advocacy, tracking and applying federal funding opportunities, federal administrative experience, contract review and commercial transactions, and knowledge of tribal gaming, healthcare, housing, infrastructure, and economic development.

The candidate should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities, an ability to communicate and collaborate within a team, project management skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
