The candidate will join the investment management team. Should have experience in a wide variety of investment management matters, including investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer regulatory compliance and formation; institutional investor representation; private fund formation; transactions in the investment management space and other general corporate work.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm are essential.
