The candidate will take the lead in important consumer class action cases, including client interface, pleadings, law and motion, depositions, experts, and mediation. Experience in preemption and class certification issues are especially important.

Education from a top-tier law school is needed. Exceptional research and writing skills. Ability to collaborate and work with other outstanding attorneys in large and important cases.
