Immigration Attorney with 2-4 years of experience

West Chester office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will represent clients in immigration bond hearings, removal and deportation proceedings, BIA appeals, and circuit court filings. Will prepare and draft motions, briefs, and legal documents on behalf of clients. Supervise paralegal and assist in preparation of asylum applications and other forms of relief. Should have admission to a U.S. State Bar. Membership to AILA and local Bar Associations is needed.

Requires completion of a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited U.S. Law School. Strong organizational and analytical skills is needed. Excellent writing skills is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is needed.
