Corporate Associate Attorney

Newark office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will draft and negotiate key and ancillary documents for M&A, financing, joint venture, technology collaborations/licensing, and other corporate and commercial transactions. Work closely with clients' business and legal personnel in a variety of corporate matters. Admission to practice in the State of New Jersey or New York State is preferred.

The candidate must possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record. Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, drafting, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must have demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
