The candidate should preferably have a Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Admission to the State Bar is required.

The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work independently and possess strong advocacy ability.
