Senior Corporate and Business Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior corporate and business associate attorney with 4+ years of experience with a range of clients from small, closely held family businesses to large international corporations. The candidate will focus on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, joint ventures, contract preparation, equipment leasing, distribution rights, and licensing. Experience representing creditors in insolvency and bankruptcy matters, including workouts, preference, and fraudulent transfer actions, and adversarial proceedings, is a plus. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required.

The candidate must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills. Should also have the ability to manage small to mid-sized matters or portions of large, complex matters independently.
